The only impact you should find is that you may have to turn SMIL animation 
into JS animation, and that you need to make sure your JS code works as 
ecmascript code (ASV's JS interpreter is a bit looser than ecmascript allows 
and there are some JS functions that have different case layout in in 
ecmascript than in JS.

Other than that, everything should work seamlessly.
