Really nice. Just a note, when using Opera 9.0.2 on Mac OS X, I can  
indeed view http://www.statistics.gov.uk/populationestimates/ 
svg_pyramid/uk/pyramid4_3.svg, but not the HTML file containing it.  
Maybe you should use <object/> instead of <embed>, or better yet, not  
use HTML at all since it's only used to reference an SVG file.
