there are additional commercial SVG tiny libraries available:

* Ikivo
* Bitflash/Opentext
* Sun
* eSVG

yes, in theory, SVG full libraries are a superset of SVG tiny - at least from 
the specification 
point of view, but in practice most SVG full libraries only support a subset.
