Doug, you can ignore my request - it was only a curiosity and there's no practical application for it, I guess. I was just looking to avoid having to send another argument into a JS method - which isn't worth any major changes, it would be nicer for the JS function to discover where to add the SVG function by virtue of where it was invoked.
