It seems like SVG is further improved in QT4/KDE4 QT4 offers SVG rendering, which means any application developed in qt/ KDE can also render SVG if it uses this component.
Here is an article: http://dot.kde.org/1167723426/ Here some more information by Trolltech: http://doc.trolltech.com/4.2/qtsvg.html http://www.trolltech.com/developer/knowledgebase/715/?searchterm=SVG This looks great. I personally didn't use it myself since I am not a qt/c++ developer. Did someone use the SVG rendering library by qt? How good is it? qt4 claims to render SVG tiny 1.1 and 1.2 - probably not all of it, though. They also say they support animation. Anyone has experience how well it performs with bigger files? I wonder if this library might be a good starting point to develop a cross-platform SVG UA? Any thoughts? Scripting/DOM seems not to be supported.
