The web site prevents Firefox 3 (Minefield or Gran Paradiso) from loading the map. You probably are sniffing for UA strings. The performance of FF3 is far better than FF2 in SVG since this is where all the development work is being done. Change the allowable browsers to test what Firefox (or others) can do.
