Yes It had some redlining functions but does not support panning/zooming

As far as I remember, Geomedia always recreates the whole SVG file
after each zoom and pan and there was no way to keep SVG content, so
yes, you'd have to store the geometry in a javascript array and
recreate the elements after the SVG content arrived again after
zooming and panning. But its too long away, so I don't fully remember
how Geomedia did it, or does it now.
