I'm having a rough time trying to figure out something that seems like
it should be really simple, and maybe it is and I'm just too tired.
Basically I want to take the string result of a function (in the
<script> section) and display it (in the <svg> section). But I don't
know how to get "inside" the <text> element to do that. If there were
a text ATTRIBUTE it'd be a simple matter of "setAttributeNS", but I
just don't get how I can get something from script to be in between
the <text></text> tags, which is where it seems like it needs to be.
Surely someone MUST have done this kind of thing by now. How?

Sorry if it's a dumb question.
