Hi Alexander,

This release is much better than the 0.2 release. I can confirm that
many of the carto.net examples seem to work: slider, Window,
scrollbar, checkBox/radiobuttonGroup, (button).

The selectionList and the combobox, as well as the textbox still have
problems. Looking forward to see those addressed, perhaps with the
new textengine.

There are two main issues I currently have. I will write a bug report
later:

* some viewBox/nested SVG problem (maybe it is also DOM related):
http://www.carto.net/papers/svg/navigationTools/index.svg
* getURL/postURL/XMLHttpRequest: http://www.carto.net/papers/svg/
network_requests/index.svg

Both objects are widely used within carto.net and once these two
issues are fixed I am pretty sure most of the carto.net examples will
work.

The getURL issue is a bit strange. From http://www.emiasys.net/
index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=19&Itemid=20 I read that
getURL should be supported, but my wrapper function (available in
http://www.carto.net/papers/svg/resources/helper_functions.js
(getData Object)) fails for some reason. Maybe you could have a look
at this example and see why it fails? Maybe there is also something
wrong with my code, however, it seems to work in Opera/Firefox/Safari/
ASV/Batik.

Keep up the good work!

Andreas
