Actually i'd love SVG support in most people's browsers. Therefore i advise people to upgrade, no longer use IE. "MSIE and the Future", don't think so. However There are multiple options for viewing SVG in IE, next to the ASV and Renesis plugins there's also Mozilla-in-IE, SVG-through-Flash, Batik-handles-SVG, but those are not "a double-click away" solutions yet.
