Dear SVG enthusiasts The Spoon is series animated story clips based on characters Tracy (teenage girl), her two boyfriends Nigel (computer nerd), Baz (beer and heavy rock lover) and Doggy. Those clips are 2 minutes long stories, where characters are talking in bubbles and animated using SVG technology. In autumn 2006 I was able to get around £2K to start the project and animate three first episodes but afterwards the project went to hold as those clips where too complex to work on mobile phones. Currently there are two next episodes in the animation process and I'm constantly getting new ideas to produce. Ikivo (http://www.ikivo.com) made their mobile media player for my request to play those clips and this has been available since April 2007. The only problem is that this player works only newest phone models having Symbian 9.1 operating system. I have been invited to present the project to Opera and Channel4, however without a new phone I can't present anything to them. As so far I haven't found more suitable project for my income or work for myself. I have been supporting myself in the streets or doing occasional work to anyone willing to pay my food and tobacco as I'm still believing to my projects. August 2007 I got £400 grant and started to develop mobile content publishing system and this is currently in the stage which wait's integration and testing using Symbian 9.1 phone.
