Tonny, not sure if you propose to support external <use> my feeling is that for the mass market, they are not interested in whether image, internal use, or external use are involved. personally it's of little interest to me... the meaning being to settle on a default, say save everything in the file with internal use. then in the detail introduce internal-external, local-web, image-use etc little by little.
