Is it too soon to regularly include SVG in mail?
I don't usually use html in email, however to facilitate this
discussion have added an SVG email signature.
your feedback and opinions are sought.
the attached signature contains an embedded gif file**
and links to an external SVG file on the web*.
users of Thunderbird, Mail.app and OperaMail can configure their
machines to see the SVG graphic.
However I have been advised that at least one user of Outlook
receives security warnings.
And one could ensure that replytos are in the same format, but....

*afaik current email clients will only attach local <img> files, not
<object> files
no email or UA clients support svg in <img>.
