Have you considered creating an interface to ASV [1] and manipulate
things from .NET afterwards? Although ASV is somehow outdated, this
may be what you are looking for. :-) Renesis seems to provide a
similar concept [2], which may be better depending on what you intend.

Final note: I almost ignored this message in the first place, for
various reasons [3]... Note that this is not meant to be hostile, on
