Thanks to all, you solved my task (circle fill disallows new drawings) I was not sure if I missed a sleeker option. Now, I have as first child in the mask: <rect width="100%" height="100%" fill="white"/> Probably faster would be something like this: <mask id="Mask" mask-fill="white"> which would be as useful as the "viewport-fill" property in newer SVG.
