Hi Narendra, I am producing svg animations for math, but I don't have any tools. I am using ecma-script. You can have a look at http://mathdl.maa.org/mathDL/47/
and open the link for svg animations. The animations are best viewed with Firefox. I intend to improve the display for other browsers also, but this is not among my first priorities.
