D3 really does look like a terrific tool and I hope we shall get a chance to see the session video that Jon Frost says may be made available. This is just what I've been waiting for ever since I began with SVG several years ago. It looks as if everything I have managed to achieve by combining all manner of disparate kludges as they became available will now be possible with one set of tools and the results what I always had in mind as the ideal. At last I have a real incentive to get to grips with Javascript. Is there any plan for a D3-specific mailing list or do you think this list will evolve to include discussion of D3 questions?
