Help me understand the question, please: are you saying you're
in a Windows environment, and want a built-in method for reaching
an arbitrary executable from an SVG document displayed in any
browser? That's a tall order--infeasible, in fact, as it stands.
Would it be enough to script COM from your SVG document?
