I am creating arrowheads using the <marker> tag. I would like the arrowhead to be the same colour as the shaft using a statement like fill="inherit" fill="parent" or even: fill="referrer" Applications: subway maps or motorway maps - many subway maps use 8 or more colours. Example: www.irony-maiden.com/svg/arrows.htm Source code below: <svg height="560" > <defs> <marker fill="navy" id="arrowHead" viewBox="0 0 30 30" refX="1" refY="8" markerWidth="15" markerHeight="15" orient="auto" stroke="none" > <path d="M 0 0 L 16 8 L 0 16 z" /> </marker> </defs> <polyline points="40,180 90,20" fill="none" stroke="aqua" stroke-width="2" marker-end="url(#arrowHead)" /> <polyline points="50,200 200,187" fill="none" stroke="lime" stroke-width="2" marker-end="url(#arrowHead)" /> </svg> Thanks in advance, Arif Burhan.
