Being fixed in the upcoming CSS transforms specifications I believe.

You don't need to do that even now.
Add an inner <svg> element and then redefine the co-ordinates to whatever you 
want using its viewBox. Place the inner <svg> at x="85%" y="30%". The <svg> 
element does the transforming for you.
