Hi Guys I would like to be able to recolor an image with SVG filters.
Ideally i would like to have an svg layer, with all sorts of svg objects of various colors, and then use this color information to replace the color on the image. The equivalent would be using the "color" blend mode in photoshop. The closest i could come up with is to make an feColorMatrix with the "values" set to be the color I want and then feComposite that back with the original image in the places i want the color to come in. This is great except that i can only pick one color with feColorMatrix as it just specifies how to change each channel per pixel. To achieve multiple i have to have multiple feColorMatrix's and then composite them all together but this seems quite verbose ( and maybe slow ) way to do it .. so simple question, is there a better way?
