Extremely hackish fix for n#269146
* patches/src680/novell-win32-avoid-premature-shutdown.diff:
(dbaccess/source/ui/dlg/dbwizsetup.cxx:ODbTypeWizDialogSetup::onFinish()):
Set the environment variable UGLY_HACK_TO_FIX_N269146 then we come
here because the user has decided to open an existing database.
(desktop/source/app/dispatchwatcher.cxx:DispatchWatcher::executeDispatchRequests()):
Only if that environment variable is not set (or is empty), check
if we have no open "tasks" and exit if not.
