* configure.in: Up the version, for our testing, require a newer GTK+
for the tray icon
* gnome-bluetooth.pc.in: require libgnomeui-2.0, it's really needed
* obex/gnome-obex-server.c: (put_callback): use g_file_set_contents()
instead of our crappy function, remove a whole load of unneeded included
headers
