about how to anchor a floating selection, rewrote several sections
to reflect the changes in user interface or tool behavior since
GIMP 1.x. Fixes bug #454584.
* bugs/index.htrw: How Tos or How-Tos seem to be more correct
English than How To's. Fixes bug #453784.
