VBAUntested - it only half works :-(
* patches/src680/sc-export-shape-macro-bindings.diff: some clean-up
* patches/src680/vba-sc-autoshapes-hyperlinks.diff: fix minor bug
where the assign dialog for macros thinks there is an associated
macro for the shape when a hyperlink is present
