Rewrite of gnome-about in python. It's now much better, and it's
accessible. Closes a lot of bugs, see bug #481585.
Based on work by Guillaume Seguin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
* configure.in: remove gnomecanvas dependency, and check for python
* gnome-about/Makefile.am: updated
* gnome-about/contributors.[ch]: killed
* gnome-about/gnome-about.c: killed
