* gegl.override: wrap gegl_node_to_xml, gegl_node_to_dot.
GeglNode.new_processor and GeglProcessor.set_rectangle now
take 4-tuples, and None for NULL rectangle. Also provide
an API to get a single consumer, like the Ruby binding.
