* src/eog-window.c: (fullscreen_motion_notify_cb),
(update_ui_visibility): Make the fullscreen toolbar more discrete.
Hide it initially and only show it when the mouse pointer hovers the
upper area. Fixes bug #501073 (Francisco Rojas).
