Log:
        * gtk-doc.xsl:
          Unbreak fixxref. The index.sgml file should not have leading
          whitespace. These were caused by indenting the xsl, which is dangerous
          in case of <xsl:text>.
        * gtkdoc-fixxref.in:
          Debug logging.
