Log:
fax/pjsip: Remove sip.conf from PJSIP fax tests
(1) They aren't needed for these tests, which expect to use PJSIP for the
various scenarios
(2) They (could be) actively harmful, as they allow chan_sip to listen for
message traffic on the same IP address/port as the PJSIP stack
