For what it's worth, mailman *does* include an option to set the password ``for all your subscriptions''. Any major change like this one is bound to cause a bit of strife. We went through the cvs -> svn change quite amicably though. With a bit of time to let the dust settle down, I'm sure we can find ways to make the svn-src-* change work too :)
