  MFC r304652:
  
  Fix missing substitution of @SBINDIR@ in resolvconf scripts
  
  Certain features, such as resolv_conf_passthrough=NULL, do not work
  correctly due to this missing substitution.
  
  Also remove the @PREFIX@ substitution, which is no longer needed.
