Merge r358034 from the clang1000-import branch:
Disable new clang 10.0.0 warnings about misleading indentation in
sys/contrib/ncsw/Peripherals/FM/fman_ncsw.c.
This is horribly formatted contributed code, and fixing it is not worth
the effort.
