  MFC: r228028
  
  - Based on a report on sparc64@ move V245 to the list of known working
    machines.
  - Mention that V480 with broken centerplanes have a chance of working with
    the WAR in the upcoming 8.3-RELEASE and 9.0-RELEASE.
