The lineage is complicated: trasz@ was the original person that put “All rights reserved” in the iscsi.4 copyright, and I based manpage on the iscsi.4 manpage, so I thought it was appropriate for me to remove the copyright. trasz@ signing off on this resolves the only potential gray area with this change.
