Log:
  Add -Wmissing-include-dirs to CWARNFLAGS, so tinderbox will punish those
  developers committing new code with broken include directories.
  Fix a few whitespace issues.
  Improve a couple of comments.
  -W is now deprecated and is referred to as -Wextra (see gcc(1)).
