Log: Swap FTP paths to be MACHINE/MACHINE_ARCH instead of MACHINE_ARCH/MACHINE. This follows what the output of make targets looks like, and reduces the number of directories needed on the FTP server, since we now have only one architecture with multiple machine types (i386, which has i386 and pc98), but 3 machines with 9 architectures between them (powerpc, mips, and arm).
