I do see that distrib-dirs/mtree doesn't handle this case gracefully. I don't think so regarding ObsoleteFiles - the files will become directories with a new file in it. So the name won't go away, unless the fix here is to rename them. I'll add a fix in. -- Regards, Bryan Drewery
