As a further footnote, I have already searched the source code for UCB Copyrights that could of fallen in the odd area of requireing this clause by the nature of being initially published (oldest copyright) by the university before the US signed the Berne convention in 1989, iirc the only files this turned up are actually copyrighted University of Utah. > > Warner > > > can decide if he wants it or not on his own.
