They were using rewrite rules to viewCVS. Now doing 'svn co' of the /dtd/ and /entity/ directories from forrest-trunk. There is now a .htaccess which uses directives Files/ForceType to set the content-type properly.
Removed: forrest/site/dtd/ forrest/site/entity/
