Fix create-iso
1. Handle testing of arbitarily named components (such as dublin)
2. Remove all vyatta packages to prevent file overlap errors
and dependency errors
3. Handle vc2- vs. vc- naming
4. Allow multiple sequencial invocations of create-iso
