update resolv.conf from here when a lease is released
this has the added advantage of updating resolv.conf when a lease expires,
fails or dhclient stops

=> modified /sbin/dhclient-script to work nicely with our CLI for dhcp
options
'name-server' and 'domain-name'. This script calls
vyatta_update_resolv.pl
on each renew of a lease to update dhcp option received per interface in
/etc/resolv.conf
