* Fix Bug 4355
added 'bootfile-server' as an option under dhcp-server to specify server
from which to load initial boot file from. To specify bootfile - user
can use the existing 'bootfile-name' node already in CLI. 'bootfile-name'
will write both bootfile-name and filename options into dhcp config file
