    Update config for vyatta virt
    
    Use make menuconfig to update virt config.
    In process, it turned off the broken PTRACE_BTS that may
    have been causing Xen issues.
    
    Drop ISA/EISA support doesn't make sense here

    Fix bonding 802.3ad to handle carrier
    
    When bonded device is used in 802.3ad mode. It needs to ignore
    device (aggregators) that are not online, and then this will cause
    the bonded device carrier to correctly match union of all the
    devices in the bond.
