Modify floppy mount options
On livecd, don't need to try and force mounting with different
filesystem types. The mount command has heuristics to handle ext2
and vfat already. This prevents repeatedly banging against a non-existent
floppy device as well.
Mount floppy with noatime to avoid updating image when file is read.
