Do a diff with svnkit. For example code, see: http://wiki.svnkit.com/Main?action=fullsearch&context=180&value=diff&titlesearch=Titles
The output will be in unified diff format (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diff#Unified_format for details). Parse through the output looking for the @@ lines. Do the math.
