This issue is fixed in 1.3.x branch. The problem with 1.3.6 releasing is that right now all our resources are devoted to adding 1.7 Subversion support into SVNKit. However, I'll try to schedule 1.3.6 release for the next week - there are lot of useful fixes in changes in 1.3.x branch since 1.3.5 was released.
