SVNKit 1.7.4 available on maven central repo?

Hi,
I am interested in playing around with SVNKit's latest version, but I noticed 
it isn't available on the central maven repo?  Unfortunatley, our build jobs 
cannot download from tmate's repo.  Would it be possible to upload it to the 
central repo?
