Hello, I managed to get my local debug environment up and running, it is however not reproducing the issue i am having.
I was able to find out that the DefaultSVNDiffGenerator is being used. The current directory is set to '/data/bamboo-home/xml-data/build-dir/CODEDIFFS-CORE-JOB1/core/_java/source/be/sofico/basecamp' folder, at least that is what is passed in as the 1st argument to the doDiff method call in my code. The differences reside directly in files under that folder.
