Here is a command that gives the total number of lines changed for a file 
to restrict to a range of revision use the svn -r option. The 13th filed 
in the log output will be the number of lines changed. 
C:\temp> svn log --no-auth-cache 
http://prdsvnrepo:8080/svn/tip/ngsa/projects/violation-policy-examples/HelloWorldCIBuildExample/trunk/pom.xml
 
| grep "^r[0-9]" | awk '{ sum += $13 } END { print sum }'
